영상 편집 끊김현상

고프로 영상은 편집을 잘 사용하였는데 

액션5 영상 재생하면 영상이 엄청 끊기거나 정상적으로 재생이 되지않아 편집하기가 힘듭니다. 

해결방법이있나요?
