정말 잘 사용하다가 갑자기 꺼지네요.

유료버전을 잘사용하고있다가 요몇달전부터 갑자기 안되어서

포맷도 하고 윈도우 설치 새로 해서 사용하니 또 잘되다가

또 갑자기 안되네요. 

 

증상은 실행하면 프로그램은 실행되는데 캡쳐만 하면 갑자기 프로그램 종료가 됩니다.

녹화는 되는데 캡쳐할때만 갑자기 정지되는듯하다가 그냥 프록그램이 종료됩니다.

현재까지 녹화는 제대로 되고있습니다. 하지만 녹화시에도 캡쳐를 누르면 꺼집니다. 바로 종료됩니다.

 

새로 포맷해서 깔았는데 이번에도 안되다가 또 안되네요.(윈도우 깐지...4시간 지났네요.)

엔비디아 익스피리언스로 최신으로 깔아서 업데이트하니까 그 이후로 안되는 것같기도 하구요.

이것저것 아래 글보고 시킨데로 다했는데...안되네요.

 

재부팅하면 하루 이틀 괜찮아 지다가 언제 다시 안될지 모릅니다.

재부팅하다가 될때가 있고 안될때도 있는데 안되기 시작하면 그냥 그때부터 윈도우 새로깔지않는 이상 계속 안됩니다.

윈도우 깔때는 포맷해서 깔아요. 

 

좀더 조사해주시길 바랍니다.
